The information in our Interest Survey helps us assess student needs and family commitment. Once received, we will schedule an in-person conversation with our principal, Mr. Chamberlain, the interested student, and their parent/guardian. This conversation allows us to get to know the student while helping the family get to know our school better. 

Interest Surveys are accepted throughout the semester.

Our Process

  1. Complete and submit the Interest Survey.

  2. We will reach out to families to schedule a conversation meeting with our principal. If you have any specific questions, please bring them with you.

  3. After the conversation and all questions are answered, a decision will be made on whether AVHS is a good fit for the student and their family.

  4. For in-district transfers, an Admin Transfer Form may be necessary. We will work with you if this is a requirement for enrollment.
